Liderler kurulu\u015flar\u0131na vizyon belirlemek, y\u00f6n \u00e7izebilmek, stratejiler geli\u015ftirmek durumunda. Vizyon, insanlar\u0131n de\u011ferlerine ve \u2018anlam\u2019 gereksinimlerine hitap eder; ortak hedef belirlenmesini destekler. \u2018Stratejik Lider’lerin derin yetkinliklere sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyoruz. Stratejik Liderler, a\u00e7\u0131k, s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc tutan, tutarl\u0131 davranan, kendisini takip edenleri ve payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemseyen ki\u015filer… Bilginin \u00f6nemini kavram\u0131\u015f, payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131, kurulu\u015funda ve payda\u015f ili\u015fkilerinde ger\u00e7ekten neler oldu\u011funu anlama d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcndedirler… Eri\u015filebilir ve ileti\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k, ili\u015fki ve etkile\u015fimleri g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, olumlu etki b\u0131rakabilen ki\u015filer… Ekiplerini ve payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 vizyon ve stratejiler etraf\u0131nda odaklayabilme becerileri var… S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik onlar\u0131n temel g\u00fcndemleri… De\u011fi\u015fime inanan, tetikleyen ki\u015filer. Ancak t\u00fcm bu yetkinlikleri, icraate ve i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na yans\u0131tabilmek, \u2018D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fc Liderlik\u2019 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Teknik, organizasyonel ve stratejik becerilerin biraraya geldi\u011fi liderlik; d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc y\u00f6neten ve ortam olu\u015fturan ki\u015filer. Asl\u0131nda tek ki\u015fi elinde toplanmam\u0131\u015f, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k liderlik ekiplerine gereksinim var. Liderli\u011fi yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak gerek. Liderler, yenilik\u00e7ili\u011fin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn do\u011fal bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilmesinde \u00f6nemli roller \u00fcstlenirler. Kimi zaman giri\u015fimci, kimi zaman sponsor\/destek\u00e7i ya da dan\u0131\u015fman, kimi zaman da ele\u015ftirmen ve kurumsal lider y\u00f6nlerini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n
